Event Calls
Day Type is set automatically from each call's length: 5 hours or less is billed as a 1/2 Day, over 5 hours as a Full Day. Need multiple full shifts in one day (morning, afternoon, evening)? Add a separate call for each. Per Liberty Works' rate schedule, any portion of a call falling between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM is billed at the Premium Hours rate; if a call's end time is earlier than its start time, we assume it crosses midnight.
